What: A face from the very old past
Where: Hummel-Anderson Home
When: Tuesday evening
Blaine was finally starting to get back on his feet a little, but it had been almost a week now that he had been feeling ill. It was the previous Wednesday night he went and had a series of small fits, starting with one at the dinner table where he nearly sliced a finger off it a steak knife. Kurt was relieved when he started to get a little more colour back in his cheeks and he could get up and about without feeling dizzy again. Which was why he loosened the Nazi Nurse string a little and let Blaine come downstairs to lie on the sofa next to Kurt whilst they watched re-runs of Once Upon a Time on TV and Kurt worked on some more designs.
He had inevitably dozed off with his head in Kurt's lap, though, and with them both being home alone right now when Ellie went over to Benny's place for dinner, Kurt set his sketch pad aside and gave into the cosy comfort of just being with his husband, sitting there stroking his fingers through Blaine's soft curls while he watched him sleep. But that was when there was a knock at the living room door and Kurt looked up to find one of his housekeeping staff there. "A Santana Lopez here to see you, sir. She says she is an old friend...?" Kurt heard the lingering question in the tone and he frowned in confusion and shock.
He nodded. "She is. You can show her in," he murmured. He had no idea if this would be brief or what the hell it was all about, so he stayed seated where he was for now. If it sounded like it would be something a little more epic, he would move to somewhere more conducive.
